Due to the perishable nature of live Christmas trees, all return requests must be initiated promptly to ensure the freshness and quality of our inventory.

Return Process

  Reach out to our holiday team via email or phone within 24 hours of receiving your tree to initiate a return or exchange request.

  Provide Documentation

  Submit a clear photo of the tree or product along with your order number so our team can assess the condition and quality concern.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once approved, we will coordinate a convenient time for our delivery team to swing by your Brooklyn or NYC location to retrieve the item.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item is returned to our lot, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable delivery or restocking fees.
