We currently provide white-glove delivery and professional installation services throughout Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and parts of the surrounding tri-state area.
How do I ensure my real Christmas tree stays fresh?
To maintain freshness, keep your tree away from direct heat sources and ensure the stand is always filled with water. We recommend checking the water levels twice daily during the first week.
Do you offer removal and recycling services after the holidays?
Yes, we offer a 'Tree Cycling' service where we will schedule a pickup, remove the tree from your home, and ensure it is properly recycled into mulch for local parks.
Can I choose a specific delivery date and time?
Absolutely. During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery window. Our team will also send a text notification when they are en route to your location.
Are your trees sustainably sourced?
Yes, all our Fraser and Balsam Firs are sourced from sustainable family farms that practice ethical harvesting and immediate replanting to protect the environment.
What is your return policy for live trees?
Since these are live agricultural products, we do not accept returns once the tree has been installed. However, if there is a quality issue upon delivery, we will replace your tree immediately at no extra cost.
